Junk Removal Graduate Hospital (G-Ho)
Junk Removal in
Graduate Hospital (G-Ho)
Renovated rows, new-construction townhomes, and condos on the tightest streets in Southwest Center City — where nobody has a driveway and parking is a contact sport. That's exactly the move-out we're built for: curb-carry from every floor, no stairs surcharge, same-day turnover around your closing or lease date. Flat photo-quoted price, no PA sales tax on the service.
The no-driveway move-out neighborhood
Graduate Hospital — G-Ho to everyone who lives there, Southwest Center City on the map — is one of Philadelphia's most in-demand pockets: renovated rowhouses, sleek new-construction townhomes with roof decks, and condos, filled with young professionals and families who move for the next job, the next baby, the next upgrade. It turns over constantly, and every one of those moves runs into the same wall: no driveways, no alleys, and street parking so scarce it's a running joke. When you're leaving, the old furniture, the mattress you're replacing, and the stuff that never made it out of the basement all have to come out the front door to the curb — and there's nowhere to stage it.
That's the job we do here every week. We bring the truck, take the curb, and carry everything down from wherever it is — the fourth-floor bedroom of a new townhome, the tight switchback stairs, or a rowhouse cellar — out to the street. There's no stairs surcharge and no no-driveway surcharge; curb-carry is simply how G-Ho works, and it's already in the flat price you approve from a photo. Because closings and lease handoffs don't wait, same-day and next-day windows are the norm.
What we clear in Graduate Hospital
- New-townhome move-outs — furniture down from three and four floors, sectionals split for the switchback stairs, gone before your closing.
- Rowhouse move-outs — the replaced couch, the old mattress, and the basement's worth of boxes, carried up and out.
- Condo turnover — full-unit clears between owners or tenants, on the day the keys change hands.
- Single heavy items — a sleeper sofa, a fridge, a washer/dryer, or a Peloton that has to come down the stairs.
- Downsizing & upgrade clear-outs — everything the new place doesn't have room for, in one flat-priced visit.
Real Graduate Hospital pricing

Does the city handle a move-out?
Barely. The city's two-item curbside bulk limit lets you set out two large items on your trash day, and appliances need a separate 311 appointment (six-unit homes or smaller, up to four items, scheduled days out). But a move-out is a whole apartment at once, on a hard date — not two items a week timed to the trash calendar. And on G-Ho's blocks, a couch and a mattress sitting at the curb for days waiting for pickup is exactly the sidewalk pile nobody wants in front of the new listing, on streets already jammed for parking.
Our lane is the whole thing, at once: same-day, inside the unit, every item, one visit. We carry it all down and out, load the truck, and it's gone the same trip — timed to your handoff, not the city's schedule, with no pile left behind.
G-Ho access, handled
- Curb-carry from every floor — new-townhome roof-deck levels down to rowhouse basements; we do the stairs, you don't.
- No driveway, we take the curb — the truck stages on the street and everything comes out the front.
- Scarce, permit-parked blocks — parking and staging are our problem to solve, not yours.
- Sectionals split to fit — tight switchback stairs are no obstacle; we disassemble where needed and reassemble nothing.
When Graduate Hospital calls us
Almost always it's a date on the calendar. A closing where the seller has to be out and clear by Friday. A lease ending with a new tenant arriving the same day. An upgrade to a bigger place where the old sectional and mattress aren't coming along. A downsize where half the townhome has to go. Whatever the reason, the constraint is the same — no driveway, no time, no place to stage — and so is the fix: one set of photos, one flat number, and we carry it out to the curb and haul it away.
What Graduate Hospital customers say
"Moving out of a four-floor townhome on Christian with no driveway and no parking. They took the curb, carried the sectional and a bed down all those stairs, and had it gone before my closing. Flat price, no stairs charge."
"Tenant left, new one coming the same afternoon. They cleared the whole unit same-day, flat price from a photo, and managed the parking on a brutal block. Zero stress on turnover day."
"Upgraded to a bigger place and the old couch, mattress, and dresser didn't fit. Quoted from photos, showed up on time, no sales tax. Easy."
